The Polly Shang Kuan Band are the originators of a movement of Brighton Bands (UK), playing a new form of soul-wrenching noise music. It is a Twenty First Century version of what bands like Amon Dull, Kluster and Neu started during the birth of Kraut Rock. It lies easily within the Jap Noise Rock genre. It is appropriately titled "HOWL".
It is like nothing you have ever heard before - Do not buy this if you are not of stout heart!
