THE SOLSTICE AT STONEHENGE
On 21st June, at the holy shrine of Stonehenge, 20,000 affirmed their dedication to the spirit of freedom and humanity. As the sun lit the blessed and sacred stones of Albion, we remembered the nature of the seasons and their awesome dominance over the works of man and his imperfect vanities. The drums spoke; the gongs sounded, and the torch-lit procession of worshipers, infused with the omnipotent spirit of the non-duality, made their homage to the God of Light.
The uneasy peace, which has now established itself between those who seek freedom and the forces of worldly government, showed itself in a resigned cooperation with the close police control of the ritual, and their efficient clearing of the site the same afternoon. I think a few of the overworked cops were quite turned on too. Hur hur.
Most went on to the gathering at the Avebury stones, where the massive turn out was quite a surprise for everyone -
Something is in the air –
